Thinly slice the okra (lady finger) and put it in a bowl.
Add minced onion, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, and liquid seasoning and mix it well.
Crack two eggs and mix well to combine. Add all-purpose flour and continue mixing.
In a pan, preheat enough cooking oil. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture, place it in the pan and flatten it. Fry it for a few minutes a side or until it turns golden brown.
When it is cooked, use a strainer or table napkin to absorb excess oil, then serve.
