Description
Adobong mani recipe is very easy to make. This is a tasty appetizer that tastes even better with toasted garlic and a pinch of salt. They are often served in two varieties: spicy and non-spicy. It is also thought to be a key source of nutrients that help improve brain power, which sounds great. In the Philippines, these are also used as pulutan. It's served with a cold alcoholic beverage.

Heat the frying oil in a large skillet or wok.
Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and cook until it changes color to a medium brown and becomes crisp.
Remove the garlic from the heat and set it aside.
