  1. Peel off the skin of the saging saba, or plantain, then slice it lengthwise.

  2. Place a lumpia or spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Put the banana slice on it, then add the barnuts.

  3. Roll the wrapper, fold it and lock it. Use water to seal the edge. Ready to fry.
