Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt). Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla essence.
Start mixing and gradually add the ½ cup of water until a dough is formed.
Scoop roughly 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball using your hands greased with oil.
Roll the dough balls into the plate of sesame seeds until fully covered.
Cooking:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Fry the balls on all sides over medium heat until golden brown.
Place on a platter lined with paper towels to absorb the oil.
Serve alone or with chocolate syrup if desired.
