This sweet and spicy chicken feet adobo recipe is very easy to make. With a few ingredients, these chicken feet will turn into a delicious dish. It is cooked slowly in a rich and flavorful sauce until tender. Chicken feet are mostly consumed as a pulutan (appetizer) with cold drinks here in the Philippines. It is also good to eat with warm rice. Chicken feet are eaten in a similar way to chicken wings, so try these sweet and spicy chicken feet adobo instead of wings now.

For boiling the chicken feet
Instructions
Clean the chicken feet.
In a pot, pour water, place the chicken feet, then add 2 pieces of dried bay leaves and peppercorns.
Turn on the heat and bring it to a boil for 5–8 minutes. Remove it from the heat, then drain and set aside the boiled chicken feet.
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. Sauté sliced onion, crushed garlic and chopped red chilli.
Put-in the boiled chicken feet, add soy sauce, and water. Bring to boil.
Add the whole peppercorn, bay leaves and oyster sauce. Stir and simmer until the chicken feet become tender.
Add water as necessary.Add vinegar, and season with salt and sugar. Taste and adjust according to your preference. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce becomes slightly thick.
When it's cooked, transfer it to a serving plate.
