Wash and cook rice for about 12–15 minutes.
Add chicken broth and cook until the rice is soft and tender.
Strain it and return the soup to the fire.
Prepare coconut milk with beaten egg yolks.
Pour the coconut milk mixture into the cooking pot. Add the ground and cooked chicken breast.
Cook but don’t bring to boil.Add salt, pepper powder, and seasoning granules to taste. Make the necessary changes based on your preferences.
Add finely sliced spring onions.
Serve and enjoy.
