Easy recipe pork stew is one of the first things that come to my mind when I think of stew recipes.. This pork stew is simple and easy to cook, with juicy pork meat cube chunks, potatoes, vegetables, and plenty of flavor. Soy sauce, tomato paste, onion, potato cubes, bell peppers, and cornstarch combinations are cooked with pork meat. To complement the stew's flavor, season it with salt and pepper. It's quite simple to make and tastes fantastic.

In a big sauce pan, combine sliced cubes of pork, soy sauce, tomato paste, sliced onion, and water. Simmer for 30 minutes on low-medium heat, covered.
Add sliced cubed potatoes and continue simmering until the meat and potatoes are soft and tender.
Add the sliced strips of bell pepper and 1 pork cube (adding the pork cube is optional). Season it with salt and pepper. Adjust the taste according to your desired taste.
Add the cornstarch mixtures and continue to simmer for another 3-5 minutes on a low heat.
Remove it from the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl. This is best to eat with warm rice. Enjoy eating!
