This fried, crispy chicken feet recipe is good to eat as a pulutan (appetizer) with your favorite dipping sauce and a cold drink. Chicken feet have a little meat but also come with a delicious taste. It is also one of the best parts of chicken. This fried crispy chicken feet recipe is simple to make; simply combine a few ingredients and you're ready to go.

Clean the chicken feet and trim the nails. Put it in a cooking pot, then add salt to taste, cracked black pepper, lemon grass, and enough water. Cover lid and bring it to a boil until the chicken feet are cooked.
Turn off the heat, drain the water, and set aside the chicken feet to cool down.
Skew the chicken feet with a bamboo stick.
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, turmeric powder, and water. Whisk well and gradually add water as necessary. Add salt, black pepper powder, and spanish paprika. Whisk until the batter reaches the desired consistency.
Dredge chicken feet into the flour, then submerge them in the batter mixture and coat them with breadcrumbs. Do the same until all the chicken feet are coated.
Pre-heat cooking oil and fry the coated chicken feet over medium heat. Fry it in batches to keep it crisp and maintain the oil temperature. Fry until it turns golden brown in color.
When it’s cooked and crisp, move it to a strainer to remove excess oil.
