Fried Pancit Canton Recipe – Lutong Bahay
Description
If you're bored with the traditional pancit canton dish, try this unique pancit canton twist. It's simple to prepare, cook and quick to serve. This quick dish is good for snacks and it is often served as a (Pulutan) in the Philippines. It is best to eat with a liquor drink.

Slice the spring onions and set aside.
Preheat 2 glasses of water. Cook pancit canton noodles for 2-3 minutes.
When the pancit canton noodles are cooked, transfer it to the strainer and drain it.
Crack eggs in a bowl. Add the pancit canton special seasoning and sliced spring onion. Beat well to combine.
Add the cooked pancit canton noodles to the egg mixture. Mix well to combine.
Heat enough cooking oil in pan.
Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and fry for a few minutes. Fold into half and flip until both sides turn golden brown.
Remove from the pan, use a table napkin to drain excess oil.
