In a bowl, crack two eggs and beat them.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low to medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook. Mix it to scramble, then remove it from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add vegetable oil. Add the sliced garlic and saute until fragrant. Add the sliced onion, and saute until translucent.
Add red bell pepper strips and saute for a few minutes, then add sliced green beans and continue to saute.
Season it with salt and oyster sauce. Stir.
Add water, stir and bring to a soft boil until green beans about to cook.
Add mung bean sprouts (togue). Mix and saute for a few minutes, then add the scrambled eggs.
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste to bring out the flavors. Mix and let it cook for a few minutes.
