This one pan ham egg and cheese sandwich toast seemed perfect for fast mornings. The combination of bread, ham, cheese, salt, and the jam or sauce, if added, makes the breakfast a lovely combo. Try this very simple breakfast idea.

Preparation:
Cut one slice of bread in half.
Crack 2 fresh eggs into a bowl. Beat it thoroughly. To taste, season with salt and black pepper.
Dip the bread halves into the egg wash; coat only one side. Briefly set aside.
Cooking:
Melt some butter in a frying pan over low heat. Once the butter melts and covers the entire pan, add in the egg mixture.
Immediately place the bread halves into the middle of the beaten egg. Allow the egg to cook for a few minutes. Don't touch it.
Note: Egg-coated part of the bread facing up.After the egg has set, it should lift easily off the frying pan. Carefully flip it and fold the eggs that are hanging over the bread inwards to make a rectangular shape.
Add your preferred toppings, such as ham and cheese, of your choice. Add hot sauce or sweet ketchup or jam if desired.
Gently fold the sandwich in half. Let it to cook few minutes so that the cheese on the inside will melt slightly.
Next, add a small dab of butter to the pan. Give both sides about a few seconds in the butter to get a nice golden crispy top.
Remove from pan and serve hot and crisp. Share and enjoy the food.
