Homemade tasty French croissants bread are great for breakfast. This recipe is not authentic; it is a copycat of the famous croissant bread from Austria (Vienna), which refers to French viennoiserie pastries popularly known as a breakfast pastry.

  1. First, prepare the dough. In a large mixing bowl, crack 2 fresh eggs; add butter, salt, sugar, and cold milk; mix to combine; add flour; and knead the dough.

  2. Leave the dough in a warm place for up to 1.5 hours. Then cut the dough in half and roll it out thinly.

  3. Spread the margarine over the rolled out dough and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the dough.

  4. Roll up the dough and tie it like a bow or shoelace.

  5. Chill the dough in refrigerator for 2 hours.
