  1. Add all of the ingredients to the jar that came with your stick blender. Blend them until the mixture becomes creamy.

    Note: If you are doing this manually, make sure that you are beating or mixing quickly enough.
  2. Gradually add the oil to the creamy mixture. Then repeat it every few seconds. Continue blending or beating, if doing so manually, until the mixture thickens.

  3. Take a taste of your mayo. If it is too thin, add a few drops of oil. If it is too thick, no worries, just add a few drops of lemon juice. Blend it again until the appropriate consistency is reached.
