Pour 2 liters of water into a deep pot. Add the cornstarch and stir well.
Bring the mixture to the stove and apply heat. Add the sugar and stir.
Cook, stirring continuously over medium-low heat, until the mixture is cooked and turns a soft jelly. Remove from heat and set aside to cool down.
Meanwhile, crush the Graham crackers. Set aside.
Proceed to the mangoes, cut them, and use a coconut shredder to shred the mango flesh.
Once the cornstarch mixture has cooled down, add the mango flesh, evaporated milk, and condensed milk.
Gently mix until well blended, then add the crushed Graham crackers.
Mix all again together until combined, and then it's ready for packing.
Use a 3/4 × 10 ice candy bag and pack the mixture according to your desired size. Repeat the process until the mixture is used up.
Refrigerate until it Frozen. Served and enjoy!
