Sometimes we also want to make food quickly and easily. Since this cookie recipe doesn’t need an oven, you can surely make it effortlessly. Not only is it easy to make, it is also delicious and will definitely be enjoyed by many. So try it now.

Combine white sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to dissolve and incorporate the sugar. Then add the egg and mix well until it becomes creamy.
Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla essence or extract.
Finally, add the chocolate dice to the batter mixture and thoroughly combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the pan by rubbing it with oil or butter. Place baking paper on the pan and grease it with oil or butter.
Scoop about a tablespoon of the batter mixture and shape it into a ball. Arrange it in the prepared pan and firmly press it to form cookies. Put small dices of chocolate as toppings.
Cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat, covered.
Transfer to a cooling rack to cool before serving.
