To prepare this choco lava dessert, I used milo chocolate powder along with some ingredients like eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, all-purpose flour, and melted margarine. In a bowl, crack one egg, add sugar and mix well.
Mix in the vanilla extract or essence, as well as the all-purpose flour. Mix thoroughly.
Pour milo powder into a separate bowl and melt with a little hot water. Mix until the desired consistency is achieved.
Add the milo mixture into the prepared batter mixture then add the melted margarine. Mix well.
Pour milo batter into a molders.
Preheat steamer and steam milo batter for 10 minutes over low-medium heat. When cooked, remove from steamer.
Dust it with flour powder and sprinkles (Optional).
Serve and enjoy eating.
