Prepare the pork meat and thinly slice it.
In a mixing bowl or container, combine soy sauce, vinegar, salt, garlic, calamansi juice, sugar, and pepper powder. Mix it well.
Add the sliced pork meat to the marinade mixture. Cover with a lid or seal it and marinate it overnight.
Chill it in the freezer.Prepare the bamboo stick and skew the marinated pork meat.
Grill it well and serve it with a hot and spicy or sweet and sour dipping.
