Description
Pork with tausi recipe, also known as "pork tausi" or "pork with salted black beans," is not a fancy dish. This recipe is a quick and delicious pork dish that you can cook and serve on a daily basis. This is typically eaten with a plate of rice for lunch or even dinner.

Preparation:
Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
Peel and mince the onion and garlic.
Cooking:
Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. Saute the onion until it softens, then add the garlic to saute until light brown and fragrant.
Add the pork strips and saute until lightly browned. Add oyster sauce and black beans liquid drained (tausi), mix, and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
Add water and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, cover the lid, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat gets tender.
Note: Add water if needed until the pork gets tender.Add the slurry mixture (1 tbsp. cornstarch diluted in 4 tbsp. water).
Stir to mix the sauce evenly. Bring the heat to high in the last couple of minutes to thicken the sauce.
Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt if needed to balance the taste.
Taste it and adjust it as necessary.
Transfer to a serving plate.
