Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, and salt). Mix well until thoroughly combined.

  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl (evaporated milk, condensed milk, melted butter or margarine, and vanilla extract). Mix well.

  3. Pour in the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Mix until well combined. Knead for a few minutes until a dough is formed.

  4. Scoop or grab roughly 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough using your hands greased with oil and roll between palms into a small ball shape.

  5. Roll the balls into the plate of sesame seeds until fully coated.

Cooking:

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan.

  2. Fry the balls on all sides over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until golden in color.

  3. Place on a platter lined with paper towels to absorb the oil.
