This stir fry bok choy and tofu is one of the best ways to get plant-based protein, nutrients and fiber. Stir-fried bok choy and tofu complement each other very well in terms of texture and taste. When you add a sweet and spicy sauce to the combo, you get a tofu recipe that’s hard to resist.
Ingredients
Instructions
Slice tofu.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the sliced tofu until crispy. Set aside.
On a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp. of oil.
Saute chopped garlic and chopped ginger.
Add the chopped bok choy and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes until they soften slightly.
Add 4 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp. of honey, and 1 tbsp. sesame oil.
Stir and then add slurry mix of 1 tsp. water and 1 tsp. cornstarch.
Stir again then mix with the fried tofu. Turn off the heat.
