  1. Slice tofu.

  2. Heat oil in a pan.

  3. Fry the sliced tofu until crispy. Set aside.

  4. On a separate pan, heat 1 tbsp. of oil.

  5. Saute chopped garlic and chopped ginger.

  6. Add the chopped bok choy and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes until they soften slightly.
