This easy banana cake recipe takes only an hour to bake. It’s loaded with bananas, so moist, sweet, soft and absolutely delicious. In this recipe the walnuts is optional, making it healthy and lower in calories. It’s also purest in its taste. Banana cake, cut into pieces.

Preheat the oven to 300° Celsius.
Use a fork or a potato masher to mash the bananas. Set aside.
Proceed by combining all of the dry ingredients, starting with the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Set aside.
Add eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract or essence and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients gradually. Mix everything together until it's equally distributed.
Spray or grease a cake mold with cooking oil or melted butter and spread it out. Pour the mixture into the molder.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, checking after 45 minutes to avoid overcooking. Use the toothpick test.
