Easy Banana Chips Recipe Crispy and Sugar Less

Peel the semi-ripe raw banana variety of saba.
Use a mandolin slicer or hand slice the banana. Then put in a bowl adds salt and pour cold water or just add ice cubes. Stir, and set it aside for 10 minutes.
Drain the water and allow it to dry for at least 30 minutes.
Heat plenty of cooking oil in a pan & add butter to taste. Let the butter dissolve over low to medium heat.
Deep-fry the sliced bananas. Adjust the heat level to keep the banana chips crisp.
Stir to evenly cook. Fry both sides until crisp and golden brown.
When it's cooked, remove it from frying. Use a strainer to drain the extra oil, and then transfer it to a container.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt to taste. Then toss to mix.
Serve immediately or you can keep it and consume it later. Just put it in a re-sealable plastic bag. Keep it sealed and it will last for a week or longer. Share and enjoy eating!
