Banana Steamed Cake Recipe with Sweet Potatoes
Description
This cake is incredibly easy to create and does not require the use of an oven. All we have to do now is combine the necessary components, which include all-purpose flour, baking powder, egg, evaporated milk, buttermilk, sugar, and water. The cake would be healthier if sweet potatoes and ripe bananas were added. Surely, children and adults will love it.

Peel and sliced the ripe banana, mash until creamy. Add buttermilk, egg, sugar, and mix well using whisk or an electric mixer.
Add all purpose flour, evaporated milk and baking powder. Mix well until well blended then add sliced sweet potato and mix it again.
Transfer batter mixture into a cake molder and steam 40-50 minutes or until cooked.
Sliced the steam cake and serve. Enjoy eating!
