Prepare the pork by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Preheat cooking oil in a pan and pan fry the pork meat, then set aside.
In a cooking pot, heat 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion.
Add the bay leaves and the pan-fried pork previously set aside.Season it with salt, soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, and vinegar. Then add 1/2 cup of water.
Cover and cook over low to medium heat until the meat is fully cooked and tender.
Adjust the taste according to your preferences.
Remove from the heat and place in a serving bowl.
