Peel and cut the squash into bite-sized pieces. Cut the string beans into 2 inch lengths.
In a pan, heat cooking oil over low to medium heat. Saute the sliced garlic until aromatic. Then add the chopped onion and saute until translucent.
Add the sliced pork and season with salt. Saute it until it changes color, then add 2 to 3 cups of water. Cover and simmer over medium heat until the pork meat is tender.
Add water as necessary.Add the cut squash and mix. Add the cut string beans. Mix
Add water according to the amount of soup you want.
Season with oyster sauce, salt, and ground black pepper then mix. Cover and bring to a soft boil until the vegetables are cooked.
Stir and it’s all done. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
