Canned sardines can be eaten straight from the can. It taste delicious and have a good source of protein. But if you want to try something different, try this ginisang sardinas to your favorite canned sardines. To make the recipe healthy, we'll add moringa (malunggay) leaves which is a good source of vitamins and minerals. Misua also added to make it more filling. When Filipino households are on a tight budget, they frequently serve this recipe. I also make this recipe when I don't have enough money and sometimes I crave sardines with soup.   1. Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan. Saute sliced onion, minced garlic and sliced tomato.

  2. Add canned sardines in tomato sauce and suate for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes over low to medium heat.
