  1. Cut the boneless chicken into strips, and prepare the spices for the recipe.
  2. In a pan, heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Sauté the garlic for a few seconds, then add the onion and sauté until soft.

  3. Add the bell pepper slices and sauté for a for a few seconds. If using a long green chili, add it together with the bell pepper.

  4. Add the chicken strips and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the color changes.

  5. Add 3 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. oyster sauce. Sauté and bring to a gentle boil, then add 1/2 to 1 cup of water.

  6. Cover the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the togue (mung bean sprout) and green onions, and then mix it all together.

    Note: Don't forget to wash the togue (mung bean sprout) before cooking it.
  7. Season with black pepper (ground or powder) and salt to taste.

  8. Allow it to cook for a couple of minutes, but don't overcook the togue (mung bean sprout).

  9. Taste it and adjust it as necessary.

  10. When cooked, transfer it to a serving bowl and serve while still warm. It is best to serve it with a side of steamed rice.
