It's easy to make: just toast the sandwich slices or leave it plain, add fresh lettuce leaves, and fill them with ham and egg spread and a slice of ham and cheese between them. Cut it in half and serve it at once with hot drinks of your choice. That’s it, so simple right?

Hard boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them; then chop the celery and onions.
Cook the ham and chop half of it, then set aside the remaining slices.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, chopped ham, celery, onions, mustard, and mayonnaise. Season it to taste with salt and pepper and mix together until well combined.
