It's easy to make: just toast the sandwich slices or leave it plain, add fresh lettuce leaves, and fill them with ham and egg spread and a slice of ham and cheese between them. Hard boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them; then chop the celery and onions.
Cook the ham and chop half of it, then set aside the remaining slices.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, chopped ham, celery, onions, mustard, and mayonnaise. Season it to taste with salt and pepper and mix together until well combined.
Divide the sandwich spread evenly among 4 slices of plain or toasted bread lined with a lettuce leaf. Top each sandwich with 1 slice of ham and slices of quick melt cheese or any cheese of your choice. Then add the remaining plain or toasted bread on top.
Cut in half and serve at once with hot drinks of your choice. Share and enjoy the food.
