  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Then drain the water and set it aside.

  2. With paper towels, pat the chicken breasts dry on all sides. Season with 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste. Let it stay for 10 minutes.

  3. Heat the oil over medium-high in a large frying pan. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and stir until melted.

  4. Add the chicken to the hot pan and cook for 5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Then flip to fry the other side.

  5. Take the chicken out of the pan. Slice into serving pieces. Set aside.

  6. In the same pan, melt the remaining butter and saute the minced garlic. Pour heavy cream, Stir and bring to a gentle boil.

  7. Put the Parmesan cheese in the pan and add the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

  8. Put the chicken slices in the pan, stir, and simmer for 3 minutes.

    Note: If the pasta sauce is too thick, add a few tablespoons of water. Adjust accordingly.
  9. Add the cooked pasta (fettucine). Toss and garnish with parsley, more Parmesan cheese, and black pepper if desired.

  10. It is best to serve it warm. Share and enjoy the food!
