Preparation:
Wash the shrimp, cut the antenna, remove the skin from the body part, and devein. Set aside.
Peel, chop, and mince the spices for the ingredients.
Cooking:
In a large skillet, heat cooking oil over medium heat.
Saute the onion until it softens, then add the garlic and saute until light brown and fragrant.
Then add the chopped red chili and saute for 30 seconds.
Put the shrimp in the pan and saute with the spices until the color changes.
Season with salt, ground black pepper, and oyster sauce. Mix.
Pour the coconut cream or milk, stir, and add the green chili.
Note: If you prefer a richer flavor and texture, use coconut cream instead of coconut milk.Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Then taste the sauce and adjust as necessary.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
