Tinolang bangus, or milkfish, is quick and easy to make, and it tastes delicious. This is a very enjoyable dish that will warm up your tummy. It is such an easy and simple dish, yet nutritious and delicious.

  1. Wash and clean the Bangus or milkfish, then slice it. Sprinkle or rub it with salt.

  2. Boil water in a pot. Add sliced ginger, sliced tomato, onion, and lemongrass. Continue boiling.

  3. Add the sliced bangus or milkfish and season it with salt.

  4. Cook for 5–10 minutes on medium heat, or until the fish is cooked through.

  5. Add the long green chili and season it with seasoning granules. Taste and adjust the taste according to your preference.

  6. Add chopped spring onion and roughly cut petchay or chinese petchay. Continue cooking for about 2 to 3 minutes to cook the vegetables.

  7. Remove from heat. Transfer it to a serving bowl.

  8. Enjoy eating.
