Peel and cut the sweet potato. Put it in a pot and add water, then boil and cook till tender.
Put the cooked sweet potatoes in a bowl. Grind or mash it manually.
In a separate bowl, pour condensed milk ube flavor. Then add the melted butter and the mashed sweet potato. Mix until well combined.
Add the all-purpose flour gradually. Continue mixing until consistency is achieved.
Scoop the mixture according to your desired size. Put cubed cheese fillings inside, seal it and roll it to form a ball.
In a separate bowl, crack an egg and beat it well. Dip the sweet potato balls in beaten egg then dredge them with breadcrumbs.
Fry sweet potato balls in preheated cooking oil. Fry it on medium heat.
Move it to a strainer or use a table napkin to drain excess oil.
