Peel and slice the squash or pumpkin. Steam it until tender.
Move the steamed pumpkin or squash to a mixing bowl and mash it.
Add rice flour, white sugar, powdered milk and margarine. Combine thoroughly.
Add flour gradually and continue mixing until incorporated.
Knead the squash or pumpkin dough, then use the roller pin to refine the texture.
Slice the dough according to your desired size, then roll to form a bread stick.
Dredge it with sesame seeds. Arrange in a square baking pan with baking paper.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes at 325°F.
Transfer to a serving plate, then serve. Enjoy!
