Crispy Chicken Wings Oven Recipe

Preparation:
Clean and trim any excess fat from the chicken wings. Then wash and drain them.
In a small mixing bowl, combine rice flour, baking powder, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, and ground black pepper, then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, put the chicken wings; add 1 tablespoon of olive oil; then mix and massage the wings. Pour in half of the spice mixture, then hand mix until the wing is slightly coated. Pour in the remaining mixture and mix until well coated.
Note: You may use kitchen gloves or just wash your hands before doing it.Arrange them on the oven tray, leaving a gap between them. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Then it is ready to cook in the oven.
Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put the chicken wings in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, take out the wings from the oven and flip them to cook the other side.
Return the wings to the oven and cook them for another 10 minutes.
When done, remove them from the oven and from the tray.
Serve it warm and crisp with your favorite dipping sauce of your choice.
