Prepare the shrimp, wash and clean. Remove the skin and finely slice.
In a mixing bowl. Put ground pork, sliced shrimp, finely chopped onion leaves, pepper powder, fish sauce, minced onion, singkamas, and garlic. Mix it well.
Add 2 fresh eggs. Season it with sugar and salt to taste. Mix everything together until combined.
Prepare the lumpia wrapper on a flat surface. Put a scoop of a tablespoon of lumpia mixture. Roll and seal both sides with water.
Preheat enough cooking oil and fry the lumpia slowly for several minutes to fully cook inside and out.
Serve, share, and enjoy! Best to eat it while still crispy, with a perfect sweet and sour dipping sauce.
