How to make Delicious Peanut Tikoy Roll?

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the glutinous rice flour and white sugar. Add water and mix until well combined.
Note: Add a few drops of vanilla extract or essence to taste, if desired. -
Add condensed milk and whisk well until it becomes smooth butter.

Pour the tikoy mixture into a rectangular mold or disposable aluminum foil lined with greased plastic cling wrap.
Note: Divide the mixture into the prepared mold with ½ inch thick batter. -
Place in a prepared steamer and steam for 20 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Then remove it from the steamer and let it cool down. Steam them in batches if necessary.
