Tortang Kalabasa with Tiger Biscuit – A Sneaky Veggie-Packed Omelet Kids Love!

This omelet is made from a squash and tiger biscuit combination. Tortang kalabasa with tiger biscuit is very easy to make, and surely kids will love this squash recipe.
Ingredients
Instructions
Peel off the skin of the squash and grate. Move the grated squash to a mixing bowl.
Add corn beef in the can. Season it with ground black pepper, salt, and paprika powder. Mix until well combined, then add the egg and mix again.
Grind tiger biscuit using a grinding machine or a blender, or crush it with your hands.
Add the crushed biscuits to the squash mixture and mix well. Add the chopped spring onion and mix again.
In a pan, pre-heat cooking oil for frying.
Make an omelet with 1/4 cup of the squash mixture and fry it over low to medium heat. Do the same until all are consumed and fried.
Use paper towels to absorb excess oil.
